No failure or delay in exercising any right under these Bidder’s Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right, and no single or partial exercise of any such right shall preclude any other or further exercise of such right or any other right. High quality predefined palettes Since 6.04: 63 high quality palettes are predefined with 255 colors each. Additionally, there are tools available to convert images to how they look for different types of color vision deficiencies. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is intended or created by these Bidder’s Terms. Color vision deficiencies¶ There is a lot of information available about color blindness (e.g., colorblindness). The headings in these Bidder’s Terms are for reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Bidder’s Terms.
